PvE Configuration Example

Community configuration example — not an upstream Bloodcraft default

These are policy recommendations, not Bloodcraft defaults. Copy exact keys and valid values from the configuration reference.

For a persistent cooperative PvE server:

  • Enable Leveling, Expertise, Legacies, Classes, Quests, Professions, and Familiars in stages.
  • Keep experience sharing enabled; choose a distance and level range that fit ordinary group play.
  • Retain moderate default rate multipliers during the first season.
  • Enable Prestige only after players understand that it resets the associated progression.
  • Consider Extra Recipes when shiny familiars and Primal Jewels are part of the economy.
  • Leave familiar battles and experimental weapons disabled until a staging test passes.
  • Introduce Nightmare Mode or elite endgame options only after baseline progression is stable.

Review storage growth and back up player JSON data regularly.
